What name should the system and operators use to address you?

The Handle is a public name that will be visible to all users. You can choose any name that you want, however, since we're in the business of making connections in the real world we recommend First Name, Last Initial so people can associate the real you to your profile instead of KungFuFightingSince74.

Availability indicates to club managers when you can meet when they are searching for new members or scheduling events.

Please, describe yourself and what you're looking for in your community. This will be your first impression on people seeing your profile. It will also help club managers know a little bit about you to see if you are a good fit for their club.

While you can you can choose your exact location, we recommend that you choose a nearby intersection. Your neighborhood will be visible to Verified Users if you enabled 'Searchable'. Approximate locations will be displayed, but this may allow identification if you live in a low population density area.

Choose a name for your club. We recommend including the neighborhood or town name as part of the club and including primary intent of the club. For example, "Neverland Flying Club"

Choose the category that best describes your club's main activity.

This is the field to use to provide details about your club and its intent. Get into the details about the goals, the frequency, the intensity, what you're going to do and why you're going to do it!

Add labels (keywords) about your club to help Users match with you.

If you meet bi-weekly or semi-monthly choose weekly or monthly respectively and add a note into your club's description. The frequency represents intent for your club on how often you'd like to meet. When you schedule events, this shows your actual schedule and club members will receive notifications.

Meet times show when a club usually meets, helping potential members see if it fits their schedule. Exact times are set when creating Events.

Selecting a neighborhood for a club is a general location of where your club meets. If it is a public location like a library or business, then use the exact location. If it is at a private residence then choose a nearby intersection. The address for a meeting is provided when you schedule a club event and doesn't have to be in the same location each time.

The limit of people that may RSVP for the event. Set the number exactly or use one of the 'quickset' buttons.

Choose a title that summarizes your event.

This is the field to use to provide details about your event and its intent. Get into the details about the goal, the intensity, what you're going to do and why you're going to do it!

The exact address of the event. Note that this information is hidden when private events are shared to prevent unexpected participants.
